The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. We loved being able to walk to all the nearby food places and the Staples sports arena. The area was really fun and there was so much to do. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. We also appreciated the amenities in the room, like the mini-bar and sitting area. it was a fantastic stay.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family.

Perfect location to convention centre, themed rooms. For shots visit Tom's Urban, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The unbeatable location for the price, close to the metro station and the Staples Center and bars. Also, in downtown LA. Neat, impressive units provided with a king bed, big TV plus Figueroa St window. Lots of fantastic food at breakfast time.

The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, quite a walk from L.A. Arena. Pet-friendly room and big bed so I slept well. All of the staff was genuinely helpful and really attentive to guests. It was a nice looking hotel, I will come back.
